On multiple occasions, we have arrived to find key items missing from the menu, such as soft taco shells, brown rice, and fajitas. The staff seem unresponsive and disorganized, leading to long waits and frustration for customers. It is disappointing to witness employees prioritizing minor tasks over providing excellent service to guests. This lack of attention to customer needs and satisfaction is a major flaw in the management of this establishment. Overall, the inconsistency and poor service at this location have led us to avoid dining here for extended periods of time. It is disheartening to see such potential wasted due to simple issues that could easily be corrected.

The service from the waitresses is excellent, even though they are working in a place without air conditioning and trying their best in the extreme heat. The lack of air conditioning needs to be fixed as soon as possible, as it is not fair for the staff to suffer in such conditions. It is surprising that the restaurant has new floors but no air conditioning. Overall, the property management needs improvement, but the staff are hardworking and dedicated.

The employees were very impolite! I ordered my food online and arrived at the designated time, but it wasn't ready yet. They were also out of the meat I had ordered. The employee didn't know how to process a refund, so I had to wait for another employee to assist me. Instead of providing a refund immediately, she made me wait until everyone else in line had been served. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The food at this restaurant is decent, however, the service is terrible. The music is too loud, making it difficult to hear when placing an order. On two occasions, I have left partially prepared food on the counter because the staff member taking my order spoke in a whisper and I couldn't hear them. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

This place has improved their customer service good food at a fair price they seem to run out of veggies alot for some reason
