Hotel de la Poste - Reservar uma mesa

We ate in the Brasserie side whilst stopping in a local Gite. The menu was 14 Euro for a starter and main or main and desert from the set menu. It was very, very nice food and the staff were excellent. The lady who served us at the time spoke very little English but spoke slowly and was very patient and polite. I think there was an English speaking lady who we booked with earlier in the day however she was not there at that time. Would have no hesitation to visit again if in the area.

Nous sommes arrivés un peu par hasard à l'Hôtel de la Poste. Nous n'avions pas réservé un samedi soir, et malgré l'affluence (bon signe pour un restaurant), nous avons été bien accueillis et on nous a trouvé une petite table. Le dîner était de qualité (produits frais). Les plats sont assez traditionnels, avec une diversité qui comblera chaque convive. Le service était sympathique. Donc merci à toute l'équipe pour ce bon moment.

We came here as it was recommended on this site and at where we were staying. It was a wet grey August evening. Very friendly staff , food rather average I was expecting better . Wine lovely starters lovely , mains not so good and desserts , not good . There's something a touch of Fawlty towers about the place very french , good customer service , but food disappointing.

Spent one night on stopover on way back to Eurotunnel , lovely hotel with lovely staff . Nice room with great shower room . Excellent breakfast , certainly worth a stopover .

Simple, good menu from the brasserie. Like good classic home cuisine with warm goats Cheese and home made fries. Starter main for 14 eur; would go again.
