Hotel du Moleson Restaurant

that made me feel mixed. the food is delicious, but I was disappointed/annoyed with several details. when I made the reservation, the renter asked me if I wanted to sit in the restaurant I agreed to. at the arrival I found my table to be in the bistro-like parlor part; I wish I had been informed that the cozier part was only open for dinner! the service was provided by a young waiter who was very friendly and efficient. the chef came out of the kitchen, welcomed some guests (obviously regular) but ignored me incredible! the menu is Swiss tradition, with focus on seasonal products (Sparagus season). as an appetizer I had a generous part of fresh asparagus. the accompanying forest sauce (holla...

I originally came here with my husband in the fairytale, but with mine I visited, we decided to take her there. my laws ate sniffy, I had the special roast beef with wine sauce, and my man the little beef tar. I would have. with the bratbeef, but the wine sauce was also delicious. the bark tea of my man was read. we made a reservation, but we probably didn't have to. I would take special guests here again. excellent eating, friendly server and efficient restaurant. luxury? no, but damn: eating is good. I am looking forward to a return before we go back to the states at the end of the summer.
