hôtel Du Peyrou - Reservar uma mesa

Superbe restaurant haut de gamme à Neuchâtel, on est pas au bord du Lac mais dans le Palais du Peyrou, une sorte de château de Versailles à la Neuchâteloise. Franchement le cadre est sublime, le jardin à couper le souffle. On y mange très bien, gastronomique avec une touche australienne (des saveurs qui peuvent surprendre ou déranger parfois, ceci est selon les goûts) ... Le personnel est très avenant, sympathique et aux petits soins. Une magnifique terrasse donnant sur le plus beau jardin de Neuchâtel. J'y suis allé plusieurs fois et je recommande vivement. Very disappointed. One of the most beautiful building in Neuchâtel. Unfortunately the restaurant was not up to the standards of such a rating from gaut et millau 16 points. Meat was not tender at all, sauce was awful. The foie gras was accompanied by so...much sweet things that it was difficult to make it go down without water and bread. desserts bland. The service mediocre. Extremely expensive for an evening that was not memorable. I add an extra point for the outlook of the building.

Là c'est vrai qu'on monte d'un niveau. On parle gastronomie et pas cantine. Le cadre y est sobre, la carte richement garnie aussi bien pour les mets que pour les vins. C'est l'endroit idéal pour un business lunch ou un repas entre épicuriens. Service impeccable.

Right in the middle of the town there is this sort of castel with a large garden and you can go eat there... Very beautiful. And the meal was delicious too, we had some fish and everything was very good.
