Hotel Koppel - Reservar uma mesa

Here on a hike. The room was large, very clean and well equipped, especially as the hotel is baked over a bakery café. Staff. We are helpful, friendly and efficient, although I was surprised that they do not seem to wear masks when they serve customers. The next morning at breakfast the person who greeted me also did not wear a mask and did not put on any. Most customers were masked, but when the pair started to pick up without a mask from the buffet (or gloves, as was the case with some other hotels). the risks that further exceeded the benefits. I grabbed and went out without finishing my breakfast.

We spent a weekend in Bingen and were very pleased with the service and attention of the staff. They went the extra mile and watched us despite our late arrival, the breakfast was good (especially thanks to the fantastic selection of cakes from bakery), and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The location is also great as it is in the city center, just a short walk from good restaurants, but still quiet at night. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Very rude. I finished my cake while reviewing some emails on my laptop, also wait to feel a desire for a drink as the ginger tea I had offered was not available. Everything had been very nice until then, but suddenly a woman approached me to tell me that I had to get out there as I should eat and not just hang around. She didn't ask me what I want to drink instead of the ginger tea, or if I wanted to eat something else, not... just very rude.

We stopped in Bingen while on a short road trip we need coffee and cake. The Hotel Cafe Koeppel definitely fits the bill we had some great cakes and decent lattes. Service was friendly and familiar. The crazy talking lady at the neighboring table seemed to be a local attraction and made a fun memory! If you found my review helpful, I would appreciate your voice.

The cafe at Hotel Koppel has a beautiful interior. The selection of cakes is amazing. They were really fresh and tasty. The service could not be better.
