The hotel, like the restaurant, are in the order of conversion: one hates or one adheres completely. First of all, we must forget what a hotel or restaurant is and be carried away by Marco (and his old Armenian mother of Marseille whose shadow is in the kitchen). It's not chic, it's not clean, it's not organized or square, but it's infinitely nice if you are able to grasp the spirit of the place and if you are sensitive to Marco's humor and welcome, the owner.
