Hotel Restaurant L'Ecluse

The restaurant was attractively situated with views down to the river. The staff were very pleasant and the service was excellent. The food provided the perfect experience of dining in France. The presentation showed flair and each course was delicious. Special mention must be made of the fillet steak wonderful! There was a good selection of reasonably priced wines. Thank you chef.

Hotel occupies a lovely riverside setting. Decor is very 1970s. We chose the set lunch for €25. Very average starter of marinated salmon; confit of duck was tasteless no crispy skin, served luke warm with tasteless cold polenta. Not an experience I will repeat.

A pleasant setting on the edge of the water... I tested the restaurant part several times... never disappointed. Delicious.

Wonderful place, even if the hotel is a bit of another age it is worth all ibis best Western and other hotel chains
