Hotelux Sovietbar - Reservar uma mesa

Ich war hier zur Weihnachtsfeier. Alles plüschig und im warmen Rottönen gehalten - passte irgendwie. Das Angebot hat mich überrascht, die Auswahl an Vorspeisen, Hauptspeisen und Dessert waren sehr gut. Ich hatte mich für das Hirschfilet entschieden, aber auch der Lammspieß sah sehr gut aus. Zum Nachtisch den Mouse Babuschka - sehr lecker.Die verschiedenen Wodkasorten sollte man auf alle Fälle probiert haben. Eine tolle Lokation!

I dined here with a rather large group, during a football match. We were turned away from other bars, but these guys were quick to accommodate, even though they were full. None of us knew what to expect regarding the Russian fare, but both the service and food were very good. I found the staff to be extremely efficient and accommodating.

Was there long ago. At the time they had the ultimate challenge drink: KGB (keine geht breiter), 7 different vodkas in one. The interior is all red, stereotype Soviet style. I remember having danced with a girl on a table past midnight. The staff didn't object. That was a long time ago though (20 years).

The venue is located at the Rathenauplatz where some bars, restaurants and clubs are gathered. The interior is not very big but cosy. The decoration of the bar celebrates the old soviet times. The bar is well equipped and the drinks are good. The service is kind.

oooooooooo! All is red here : Good choice of vodka for sure! I dined here once, it's was good. But I don't remeber all the details
