House Of Bread - Reservar uma mesa

Went on a Sunday afternoon. There was hardly anything available so I settled on chocolate zucchini bread which the woman says is their best seller. It's $10 for this small loaf!! I would've walked out but just decided to give it a shot. I got it home and cut myself a slice. It was the driest bread I've EVER had like it was 5 days old and it tasted SO strongly of almond extract. That unmistakable fake sweet almond flavor. It only lists vanilla extract but I'm telling you that's not what it tastes like. Please save yourself $10 and skip this place! Go to a Farmers Market save yourself money and get some yummy fresh handmade bread there instead.

Every time I come here, I get transported to The Shire where the little hobbits bake their tasty yummy breads. That's right folks. The bread and cakes and sandwiches and soup here are made with love! I ordered the Italian sandwich with 2 pickles. And the bread was fresh baked and the meat was tasty and the add-ons made the flavours sing. Tasty. Delicious. Filling. Fresh. Like home. I highly recommend you try the food and cakes here. Great quality that any Hobbit would be proud to have 2nd breakfast here. Yummy tasty nom noms!

Sooo good! I have a curling turkey on pumpkin bread. Everything was fresh! The bread was soft and chewing. If you are in the area, this is definitely worth the stop for lunch. They also sell other flavor bread, jams and some pastries.

Small classic bread shop with options for excellent sandwiches. I ordered the tuna salad with pumpkin bread. When holidays and birthdays come, I never want to enter a house with empty hands. A popular choice.

Best breads in the valley! And their sandwiches are delicious! Make sure to get the Squaw bread for the sandwich!
