We eat here at least once a week on the way to Salt Lake from Duchesne. The food is great. Melissa is a wonderful server. All the girls are great and know Lynn wants his hot chocolate. The only thing I could suggest is providing a paleo meal and advertising for the fact The paleo diet is so popular and would be my choice as well as many locals.

This is one of the few remaining real old-fashioned cafés with a traditional menu. The fried beef sandwiches take me back to my childhood and I just have to have a few times a year. I'll do it every day for her food! The best of all time!

Great breakfast at reasonable prices! Try the mushroom omelette or French toast. Good coffee, friendly service. Don't forget to check out the gift shop and framed art work.

Best pancakes I've ever had, and more food than I could eat for less than $9. I wish I lived nearby because I would go several times a week for breakfast!

Love the HUB, the food tastes homemade, not fast food. The service is very helpful and friendly and the servings are very generous.
