Hudson Taco is an excellent restaurant located right in the Hudson Valley. This establishment is very conveniently located with ample parking available. Next door there?s an Ice cream and pizza shop. Definitely have to try those next time I?m in the area. The ambiance is stunning with a modern home like feel. Sitting on the back porch area allows breathtaking views of the Hudson River and the train track right below the restaurant. Staff are very attentive and friendly! came here with my husband for the first wedding day. I passed the white linen restaurant because I like to eat! First things first, the food is delicious. We sat fast and our food came out quickly. The view is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. Great service. The only con, in my personal opinion, is the loud music. Listen to me, please. I love music and they played great music, but I felt it was a bit too loud until I could hardly find out what the waitress said. I don't think we waited so long to visit this facility. Great food. I love the tapas feeling over the menu. Pencil in your order through the course and they will be brought to your table as they are prepared. Try about 8 items in the menu. We had drinks too. Lunch! All were exceptional!!

The first time. Came here after hiking. The service was decent. Eating was the bomb! Nice view. They offer chips with unlimited refill with gigantic 3 dips. I have to check her taco of the day, the day I went was lobster taco, it was really delicious. Will definitely come back

I really enjoyed this place. Very hip beautiful atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive. One of the best margaritas I had in time. The tacos were delicious, but small. I've ordered more than I've been... happy.
