I had the wood-fired gluten-free pizza with dairy-free cheese. The staff was very knowledgeable and took great care to prepare my pizza without any risk of cross-contamination. It was cooked in a separate dish and served to me on a clean pizza cutter, prepared a bit away from the other pizzas. It was delicious!
