Hug-hes Cafe - Reservar uma mesa

I like Hug-Hes cafe. The bonus cookies and bread are always yummy! The restaurant tastes homemade. However, I ordered online and asked for the gravy on the side. As you can see, it's smothered. When I picked up my meal, they said it was an additional $2.50 for extra gravy. I said, that I didn't want extra gravy...but just on the side. They didn't say anything, (despite adding a tip). I came home and it was all soggy. I was disappointed. The last time I ordered online from Hug-Hes, I was given the wrong meal. I understand it's a difficult time for all businesses... So, I guess the moral of the story is; always check your order in the restaurant before leaving to be sure it is correct ?????

I highly recommend Hug-Hes Cafe! I went here today for the first time with coworkers and everyone had good things to say about the food. I had the Mexican Club Wrap with Buffalo Fries and would get it again in a heartbeat! The meal came with a pickle and a fry sauce. We had the artichoke dip for an appetizer, but I didn?t take a photo. It was delicious! We all grabbed a cookie on our way out. I grabbed a sugar cookie with pink frosting for my kids and I?m sure they?re going to love it. I didn?t catch her name, but our waitress was great! My water was never less than halfway empty! She definitely took good care of us. I?ll be back for more delicious food!

The burger was pretty basic. Ambiance was what we were looking for. The baby enjoyed all the people. The baby had a harsh review of the potatoes though, but that's just the baby, I thought they were good. No consistency on drink menu, just order and you get something with alcohol. They started with dessert which was interesting.

The environment was nice with cool light fixtures and live plants. Service was excellent and the food was good, too. The bread with the strawberry custard butter was deliscious. I had the crispy chicken and avocado salad. The crispy chicken was cooked perfectly.

Been one of our favorites in the area. Broad menu, staff is friendly, and food is good. I tried the prime rib; can't recommend that. The French dip is awesome and pasta dishes have always been good.
