Hungry Howie's Pizza

I placed an order at 9:25, 3 minutes after I get a phone call giving me all kind of excuses, first she said that they have nobody that could deliver my pizza, I offered to go pick it up, then she said oh, well, it was slow so, we already clean ans put everything away, I asked for my back and she said that it should take up to 5 days to get it back and hung up on me without even apologizing smh.
