Husky House Dead Man's Flats

One cannot drive the TCH with a child and pee at the planned stops, so we found ourselves here just looking for the washrooms. Ample parking, clean and well-equipped store, and bathrooms with plumbing which is more than I can say for most of our other unplanned stops in the mountains. The staff was friendly with us as we perused to select a snack, as well as familiar with other customers too; a great atmosphere.

This gas station is welcoming to tourists and the staff are super friendly and helpful. When I had a problem, all three employees went out of their way to help me. This is in contrast to the Shell down the road which is not welcoming and is run by some grumpy guy who is not helpful in the least!

The gentlemen at Husky Dead Man’s Flats were so helpful and friendly today when my husband needed a tool to remove the hub caps and re-torque the new tires we had put n in Calgary. Thanks guys!
