Ibiza Tapas Restaurant & Wine Bar

I'm trying to give 4 stars, I just went home. If I don't give a party of 7 I?d 3. Just reason, they were very nice. Like very nice people, everyone has fantastic customer service. The food was good. Not the best, but good. My party was a big party, so the food came out sporadically, I wouldn't recommend mixing with tapas. Would I come back? probably not, BUT I?m not locally in the area? Wasn't that full? But they give me the notification of low staff? before the time. The Tres Leches was a bit dry for my taste. The cream brûlée was more pudding than custard. The passion fruit Sangria was fine, not too sweet. The Campari mojito and the cocktail call? Why not? were very delicious.

We had the best Tapas we have had in years. I am visiting from Kansas City and these Tapas were amazing, I then ordered the Arroz con Mariscos (Seafood Risotto). The three of us had different beverages, Kelly had the red Sangria, Dan had the spicy Margarita but the Caipirinha was incredible. To top it off we had Tres Leches and Flan de Naranja for dessert. Our friend that served our food was so sweet and friendly. We sat outside as it was a lovely Fall evening and the ambiance and music made everything just perfect. Gracias por todo !!!

Absolutely phenomenal food. Randomly happened to stop here on a trip back to NYC and can't believe how happy we were to find it. Good service in a beautiful room.

Yummy!! Kind staff. Generous portions and authentic tapas. Delicious (and strong sangria). This is definitely going to be my new, frequented spot in Hamden

Always delicious! Favorite dishes are croquettes, empanadas, lamb, duck, and clam chowder (which are not all available every week, but usually).
