Ihop - Reservar uma mesa

This special IHOP has always been my favorite in the past. I don't love this IHOP anymore. I came to dinner three times last month at 4:30. I was there when there were 4 other people, and 17 other people there. Stood waiting in the right area to be recognized by everyone. I waited up to 10 minutes to see and sit every time. At the beginning of June, I watched 2 female servers sitting in a separate room, looking at me and no one rose from their conversation until I moved closer to her and stared at her. Plus very disappointing change in pancakes all three visits . They were very thin and actually opened and fell apart when I tried to put butter on the bottom. They looked like they were filled...

I'm here with my family to Father's day breakfast. It took 1.5 hours before my order was finally brought to the table. I understand it's father's day, but even with that it shouldn't take long. I wasn't happy when I saw several families coming after mine ate, and even before our meal even went. I had a pregnant woman and a toddler and two older parents with me. I would give them 1 star, but I give them 2, as the servers brought us at least fruit and onion rings while we waited, but it was not worth waiting for almost 2 hours for a meal. Never come back.

Ashley B had a bad attitude. Their customer service focused more on their employee than their customers. So I left him to type them. She was immediately abrupt, she never asked if the order was fine, never to see if we needed anything else to mention refills. I was four people deep and asked for coffee and water. Ashley brought 2 coffees and 2 water. I suppose we had to choose who has what because she didn't come back until she came to see if we wanted the check. I went around to search for creamers. You have a BAD DAY PLEA STAY HOME

Beloved to come here. But everything changed. I think there's a new management or something, but it definitely went down. The cheese on the food wasn't even melted, just thrown up there. Didn't have coffee refill as in demand. I had to hunt down the servers. When I walked out, my shoes started to make a noise from sticking to the floor. Obviously they didn't make it. It felt like everyone needed more training. I felt like I was somewhere in an ugly part of Philly lol?? never again.

Sketchiest ihop I?ve ever been to. Bad service! I was lied to told no wait time when i called in 5 min prior to arriving still had to wait 25 minutes to be seated! After ordering i waited 50 minutes to get served. Excuse was the kitchen messed up! Food was served with everything wrong. Food tasted horrible. Waitress tried to make me happy thats the only reason for 2 stars.
