Ihop - Reservar uma mesa

We have been going to this IHOP for years. Before I air my latest gripe I suppose I should say that I like their hamburgers and their omelette that's on the early dining menu. They are a very good price for what you get . Around covid they had a fantastic early dining menu. They still have it but now it's a little bit more expensive. I would get the hamburger with a side of Pancakes which sounds crazy but I would take the pancakes home and have them as a breakfast treat. I just wanted to thank the manager Heather and the server Kailyn, who today provide their amazing help. They are truly angels and helped to restore my faith in humanity! I had a rough week and I decided to order with my friends today, but there was this huge situation with a doorstep. The staff was so sweet and understanding, they were also really patient because we came during the rush hour, but they still checked for us. They finally got us back our money and were so friendly during the process. They treated everything so well and it made me happy that there were still friendly people in this world. Thank you for a bad situation in a not so bad. God bless you all <3 you are really amazing!...

The restaurant was pretty quiet when I arrived at 1730. They are a bit short staffed, no receptionist at the door. The food was good, the server was polite and efficient. They only had 3 laminated menus that they were passing around the restaurant. Overall not a bad experience just not great.

Excellent customer service we got from the servers. The pancakes were well done, especially the omelettes. I would not recommend the chocolate chip pancakes
