Ihop - Reservar mesa

The restaurant was dirty, booths were torn falling apart and the air conditioning was dripping on the tables. I went with my Mom and my Husband. We all ordered omelets, I ordered off the menu and they both built their own omelets. Mine came as ordered, which was just an ok omelete. Theirs were nothing like they ordered. We would have told the waitress but she never came back, so they scraped off the items that they didn't want and ate the meal because we were hungry. After we finished the meal the waitress apologized said that one of our orders was wrong, I said that we had 2 wrong orders and again she apologized. It was obvious that my Husband's was not what he ordered because he left half...

This restaurant needs to be shut down immediately! We just left this IHOP. The floors were filthy, there was raw sewage smell coming from the men's bathroom, the women's rest room hadn't been cleaned in a while and one of the stalls was completely out of toilet paper. Many of the dining tables had not been cleaned. As the server approached our table she said she needed to wipe it off before we sat down and there was only one server working the restaurant. She REALLY was trying to do the best that she could to get us waters and coffee. There weren't ANY clean silverware available!!!! So she provided us with plastic wear. I have been to many IHOPs, but this was my first (and last time at this one. The restaurant was not busy while I was there and I can understand why. I ordered the exact same omelet I always order from IHOP, but this one was a disgusting sloppy mess and completely unappetizing. The wait staff had the personality and charm of robotrons (but having said that, I 'm probably being unfair to robotrons since presumably they could be programmed to ask how is everything? .My server (who showed no interest in whether or not I was satisfied with my meal dropped off the sales slip as I was starting to eat. She had already run my credit card and returned my receipt well before I had even finished eating....

One of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. Everything dirty. The floor looks like they’ve never been cleaned, the food was stuffed behind the menus, the waiter was being rude by taking half of the orders walking away but getting frustrated with us when we asked to come back to take the rest, I was given spoiled butter for my waffles which led me to get sick for the rest of the day.I just don’t recommend coming here. I will be contacting the health department about our issues. Reserve uma mesa agora

for dinner at 18 o'clock and for at least 15 minutes in the hostess area without greeting or confirmation. at two separate locations made a waitress eye contact with me, but we were never greeted. we finally left. there have been several tables waiting, and I fully understand that you can handle and even expect some longer than normal delays, but at least they acknowledge us and let us know that they will see us waiting and will be with us as soon as they can.

Unfortunately, this ihop only went to dinner because it seemed to be a better option. migrated, only saw a server working and thought "oh no...mistake "but to my surprise was the service top notch and eating was fantastic. I'm a picky dinner. I even need. my dinner was on site. I wish I had the name of the server. She was fantastic. 11/18/22 at 14:30

This place is garbage, today at least. I ordered ahead. I got to IHOP 5 minutes before my food was supposed to be brought out to me. I then waited another 20 minutes for them to bring my food out. Went 2 minutes down the street back to work and figured out my food was cold. I just wasted my money.Food: 1/5

Years since going to IHOP. Slow upon arrival busy at exit. My o-e eggs crepes,ssg,hsh brns were good, spouses scr. eggs more like egg tortilla then chopped up. Server was friendly, spent considerably more time on friends regulars. Apparently lots of regulars Reserve uma mesa agora

The silverware were dirty. The server messed up my order multiple times. The room smell really bad .

Good service. Very good gluten free waffles. Clean tables and restrooms. Overall, a very good IHOP.
