A friend and I decided to come in for lunch, but ended up ordering breakfast instead. Upon walking into the restaurant, the first thing that caught my attention was the pleasant smell. The place was spotlessly clean, giving off a vibe of hygiene and attention to detail. Our waitress was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. The food was served promptly, hot, and delicious. I was particularly impressed by the sugar-free syrup, which was so tasty that I had to double-check with the server to make sure it was indeed sugar-free. Getting to this restaurant may be a bit challenging as you have to drive through Captain D's road. I went there on a Friday night and it wasn't too busy, so I got seated right away. The waitress was attentive and the menu had a range of options including eggs, pancakes, waffles, omelettes, burgers, sandwiches, and more. I decided to try the spinach and mushroom omelet with a side of fresh fruit and it was delicious.

We decided to leave as soon as we encountered the elderly waitress/hostess without saying a word. We had been there before and found her to be unfriendly. It was amusing that she always wished us a blessed day, despite her demeanor. She should be replaced. The food was enjoyable and the rest of the staff were very friendly.

Was not at I-Hop for years because so many places were permanently closed and we were very satisfied with the service Ranae and the staff provided. Ranae went beyond and beyond. Come back!
