This is my favorite franchise restaurant for my brunch. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order, I am always thrilled with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient, can not wait to return and would not hesitate to recommend anyone looking for somewhere to eat. Williston Park IHOP is much more friendly and easy for seat availability weekdays and weekends.

Great location. Quiet and quaint. The service was slow on a Sunday at 3:30 pm. The coffee was a bit bitter, but i'll attribute this to the time of day. The food was great, well seasoned and cooked with love. Pancakes were a little cold but edible. Missing the days of warm syrup at your table, but they accommodate with a bowl of condiments. Love the square shaped hash browns.

We enjoyed breakfast. Our assistant was a treasure. She made sure we were all right when we met. She made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you again. The facility is beautiful. Free parking. ...and the food is very tasteful.

We like to come to this franchise. Service is great! They offer gluten-free products that really taste good! My daughter is gluten intolerance, so it's perfect! We come here breakfast or lunch or dinner
