poor and slow service. server did not know how to redeem their rewards called pancoins. she said the manager was coming, so we waited. we waited for over 45 minutes as the manager was 45 minutes too late for the work. the manager said that all employees knew how to redeem the pancoin rewards, but it turns out that none of them knew how, like other servers were loaded, but could not help. now on the food. the eggs and the sausage were served almost cold, wait 40 minutes, and the restaurant was almost empty with only 4 or 5 2 3 personal tables of patrons. we have never been asked how to eat was bad and slower service, connected with staff who are at their reward system, is a good reason to fin...

The actual IHOP is fine but they're parking lot and surrounding area is full of trash. You have nice hotels and a great location. You have out of state visitors coming to Arizona to see a filthy mess in the parking lot. What an embarrassment for an establishment. I was walking out of the restaurant when there was out of state people coming in commenting on how filthy Arizona is. Takes 5 minutes to send an employee out and pick up trash in the parking area. And by no means was this new trash.

I can only give so many chances to a restaurant the food is never ready in a timely fashion it’s breakfast it shouldn’t take 35 minutes, and for the third time in a row My order is wrong, but after the long wait I don’t have the time or energy to wait for my order to be fixed.Pay a little bit more and go to biscuits down the street the food is much better it never takes forever to come to the table.

Today they was short of employees, but I just want to say they did a great job. Olivia was awesome, food came out fast and hot. she always get refills before we ask. Even they was short of people they handled excellent the situation.

Worst service ever. Not one smile in the entire place. Eill never return. Management needs to fo a better job!!
