Ihop In San Bernard

Came here after a long trip on Christmas day, they gave us the Willy Wonka Menu where we saw the value prices from 3-9pm I believe. Once waiter came (tall, old, bald man) he looked stressed in a hurry epecially from his tone) I asked from menu items from the Willy Wonka Menu tells me sorry those werent supposed to give those out, we 're not selling for those prices nor from that menu. You can order or get mad leave. repeated that several times. (My momd face seemed confused upset). He tells her in broken spanish Usted enojoda I asked to speak to manager which he stated there were none bc I you cant show a price then snatch the menu from my hands say we 're not doing that. Its illegal to not...

If you're looking for a place where the manager will condescend to you, then this is the spot. The manager lacks knowledge and is not fit to interact with customers. I came in and ordered a chicken-fried steak, and he just stared at me blankly. I mentioned that he probably calls it country-fried steak, since it's the same dish. His body language and facial expression indicated that he was annoyed. He then told me, "You know it's made with beef." At that point, I just turned around and left.

The host was quite rude and made inappropriate racist comments directed at Black individuals. I felt very disappointed and offended by this. I considered leaving, but I was with my elderly aunt, who is diabetic and needed to eat. While the food was good, the overall experience was terrible.

Good food and good service .. IHOP We'll eat never fails when it comes to breakfast.. Only thing I didn't like was the breakfast hot links. They don't really have much flavor, they're not spicy or anything, they're just kind of bland hot links..with no hot... Reserve uma mesa agora

Paid 6.99 for a large orange juice (the same size of a water) with no refills. Price gouging at its finest. Atleast the server was nice and the food was alright. Kids drinks are almost $4 each as well with no refills

I felt uncomfortable with the service at this restaurant. It seemed like they did everything except take my order, even serving people who were seated after me.

Ordered off the Senior menu shrimp, fries and husband had the Philly steak melt tasty but salty with fries. Surprised not too much fries.
