*TAMARA*, a.k.a. the worst customer service representative in the world. We took a number from customer service at Ikea in Lyssach today (December 5th, 2024 at 5:10 p.m. . Even though there were no other customers, the number didn't change. The employees took about 10 minutes to have a conversation with each other without paying any attention to us. When Tamara (customer service finally spoke to us, she cheekily claimed that we must have missed the number. Our number was 543 and the number on the display was 541 the whole time. She was very rude and even said that if we weren't happy we could just leave. I don't understand why customers are treated so badly and rudely. We shop regularly at I...
