Il Cuoco Galante - Reservar uma mesa

The best meal I have had in a long time. We didn't book but luckily we were accommodated to sit on a bench overlooking the kitchen area. As we could not fully understand and translate the Menu the Head Chef explained each dish to us which was great. The food was outstanding and so fresh. Watching the Chef and his staff at work was a privilege. Upon leaving they added a touch of class, as I mentioned it was my girlfriends birthday previously they offered us a delicious free nibble with our coffee. The wine list was also superb. This restaurant has plenty to offer on every level. Highly Recommend.

The first night we stopped by and sat at the counter of the open kitchen as the chefs prepared the dishes. They kindly answered our many questions about ingredients and preparation. We liked the ambiance and the food so much, we returned the next night with a French friend of Italian ancestry who said it was "awesome". The evening was lively, the food delicious, and the staff helpful in French, Italian and English. As we were ready to leave, our waiter called out to the open kitchen, "chef, chef! they said it's horrible!". He laughed, and joined our group photo holding up a giant leg of ham.

What a great discovery. Came early without reservation ... Friendly Welcome. We sat at the counter in front of the open kitchen, we had such a great time, thank you Chef.Small a la carte menu, guarantees you very fresh product. Simplicity is hard to achieve but when done right ... it's been a while since I had such a pleasure at the counter.

The reception is very hot and divine food. the quality of their product is simply great, you have to eat at the bar at least once to see the cuistos do the risotto minute and listen to them make jokes with their Italian accent to cut to the knife (easy. Pine and pasta that want to abstain!

We stumbled across this place on the way to montmarthe. Incredible burrata, pasta dishes and great service. Definitely worrh a visit.
