Unfortunately, this is the worst Italian fine dining restaurant I have visited in Europe. The restaurant owner and waiter are very friendly and warm as you would expect from the Italians. Prices of the food are on the high side fine dining category. The...restaurant's ambience also resembles that of a fine restaurant. The food, however, is the worst I have ever had in an Italian restaurant of this category. My pasta was grossly overcooked with a mashy texture. The gambas/prawns that was served was clearly deep frozen its core was cold and mashy, a sign of microwave thawing. To be honest, this was cheap canteen food garnished on a fancy plate. I came to bonn yesterday with my family. I couldn't recommend eating here anymore. I had a wonderful pasta court and can't sadly remember exactly what everyone else had. I just remember that I really loved all this and that dessert was to die. so great. also I can't do enough about the service of this restaurant rave. as we almost sprinted our server to the door to make sure that he could keep it open for us as we were gone. absolutely amazing experience all around. I agree that it was pricy.

Some colleagues suggested to me this restaurant and I tried it. All servers were able to speak English, German and Italian. The service was outstanding the food very good, with good selection of fish and meat and good pasta. The service is also reasonably fast....The real plus is the owner, Mr Ettore from Abruzzo Italy, Who will entertain all the hosts properly. Happy to meet “Il Punto” it is in my favorite list. Price is little bit high but still acceptable.

I am here at a few places, from me and with local friends who are used to eat well, and I have consistently found excellent quality and the right taste, with only slight and insignificant admittances at the local palate. I can recommend...to anyone looking for good Italian cuisine in bonn.

This not your run of the mill Italian restaurant, but a high quality gourmet temple. The food was excellent, but the portions were more for the eye than the stomach, starter, main and dessert just so filled me up. Generally I do notmwishnto pay soo...much, even if the food is good.
