Il Vicino Wood Oven Pizza University Village Colorado Springs

I grew up in New Mexico, so I was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon an Il Vicino while driving. I decided to treat myself to some pizza and beer, and it tasted just as delicious as I remembered. I was able to place my order right at the door, and the checkout process was quick. My beer and pizza were served promptly as well. However, I would mention that if you're dining with someone who has issues with noise, this place can get a bit loud. There were 5 other tables occupied when I was there, and it was quite noisy. I can imagine that during busier times, it could become even more hectic.

This is a stylish pizza restaurant with a creative selection of unique ingredients for all kinds of pizzas. Personally, I prefer the classic cheese and pepperoni, and they excel in that area. They also offer a variety of pizzas to satisfy everyone's taste. The wine selection is impressive as well. The cheesecake here is simply divine, with a delicate crust on top that makes it probably the best cheesecake in town. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Keep up the great work!

Best pizza I've ever had! Crust was soft and melted in the mouth which made it not seem as filling. A delicious spicy olive oil was on table and was wonderful on pizza. Service and food and quick and attentive. Salads were good too and served with fresh bread. Desserts good too!

Amazing Pizza! There pizza first of all is to die for, I 'm overwhelmed when I bite into a slice with how good it is. If you want to spend extra, you should definitely buy some of there desserts. You Won 't Regret going to El Vicino ! -I Recommend Getting The cannolis Reserve uma mesa agora

Honestly, it's the best pizza I've had in years! I regret not trying this place sooner, but at least I've found a new favorite. I had a pizza and a cannoli for dinner, and I enjoyed both immensely. I'll definitely be returning!

The pizza was good, but I would have liked to see more cheese, especially for a classic Margherita. The service was decent, though it would have been helpful to know that there was table service after placing our order.

Everything about this restaurant was disappointing. The quality of the food was disheartening; even Costco pizza is far superior and more affordable than this place.

I tried the calzone for the first time. I enjoyed the pizza better, but it was still flavorful. Update: it was extremely good the 2nd day!

My father and I love this place and his wood fire pizza, we recommend all to try it when you visit Colorado Springs.
