Imperial Cafe - Reservar mesa

My manager went to pick up an order that we'd phoned through, when he questioned why he was being charged £10.60 for 2 items, (one being £7 the other being £1.30) the woman serving went mad at him being incredibly rude and going WAY over the top about it. She then repeatedly got the calculations wrong. Be careful how much you are charged when you go there. When he brought the food back to the office, I rang to check why, the menu we have shows as being £5.50 for bacon, 2 eggs and chips and I only had 1 egg, plus I was charged £6.50. Before I really had a chance to speak she started shouting about my manager and mouthing right off. Never heard anything like it. Disgusting service, pathetic at...

I ordered curry and rice to go, but received chili and rice instead, so I had to return to have my order corrected. This may not be an issue for most, but as someone with an eating disorder, I have a limited window of time each day when I am comfortable eating. Due to the mistake, I had to wait half an hour before being able to eat my food. Additionally, when I got home, I discovered that the food had only been heated on the outside and the inside was still cold. I will not be returning to this cafe.

Hello, my name is Omo and I am Black. I visited the Imperial Cafe with a Welsh friend and encountered blatantly racist treatment from the person serving us. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a cafe. The service was terrible, especially towards Black customers. This kind of discrimination is unacceptable. The Imperial Cafe is the worst cafe I have ever been to in Wales.

This restaurant is a popular spot for drug dealers to grab breakfast after a long night of work. The café also permits customers to smoke marijuana right outside, resulting in a strong and unpleasant odor that nearby businesses try to keep out by closing their doors. It is clear that the management does not prioritize addressing this issue. Overall, this restaurant should be avoided. Reserve uma mesa agora

Popped in for breakfast while Working in the area Nice fresh cooked break fast.. Able to chop and change on the menu.. As you request average price of 6£ for set breakfast But and its always a put off for me.. *set breakfast* doesn't include a drink an extra £2 for a cup of tea really? Very feisty fun staff though, Stacy made us smile, defending her price point

As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed. Friendly staff make sure you’re looked after. Food is delivered quickly and portions are very generous. The cheese and mushroom omelette, with salad and chips, was absolutely beautiful. Restaurant chains and fast food shops cannot compare to the service and quality at the Imperial. Always worth a visit.

Very busy cafe with lots of regulars. Staff were friendly and service quick. Our small and large breakfasts were very good with coffee and toast and parking is generally not an issue nearby. On this experience, would certainly recommend

Good traditional cafe. Food was nicely cooked and I didn't have to wait long for it to be served. I had the large breakfast .Portion size was good. The breakfast with a cup of tea was £9 which I thought was a little bit too pricy. Reserve uma mesa agora

Best cooked breakfast I’ve had in an age. Café was really busy but our breakfasts were hot, tasty and served really quickly by friendly, efficient staff. We’ll definitely be back.
