India Palace - Reservar mesa

I was disappointed with the place today coming with friends to eat lunch. We were standing at counter to be seated and waited for while staff are coming and going making eye contact and saying nothing I understand if you it’s busy you talk to people to let them know someone will be with you shortly! We ask for a booth table they said it’s not available however their was one that open by the time we seat down and I ask one of the staff he said fine another guy said no we can’t change. I felt it was rude we having started anything yet why not? I think service can be better and to treat everyone the same.

Poor service, They ask you for tip/change. The way they talking to the customer is disrespect. The guy who is working there was told us to eat fast and go. He also said to us Can you follow me and pay? While we are eating, embarrassing and cheap Service. Some employees are not happy. It looks like They are going to fight. The most tasty and flavorful Indian food. 10/10 the buffet was piping hot even at 2pm they were putting out fresh food. Great service Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
