In-n-out Burger - Reservar uma mesa

Even though I've grown up in California my whole life, I wasn't the biggest fan of In-N-Out as a kid. My thoughts on that changed during high school and this has been my go-to location for years. This location is conveniently off the freeway and has a nice large parking lot, but can still get chaotic sometimes. I've never really seen it get too busy with lines out the door, so I think that's a benefit to this In-N-Out. For these chains, consistency is key and I think In-N-Outs are the most consistent burger place. My current order is a double double animal style, add raw onion, no tomato. I visited the restaurant today around noon and it was very busy. I had to wait about 30 minutes for my food because the workers were not keeping track of people's orders properly. Despite the frustration of the other customers, an employee named Yesleny stood out for her kindness. She tried her best to locate people's orders and even offered free shakes and fries to make up for the delay. Despite facing rude customers, she remained composed and provided great customer service. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant because of the excellent service provided by Yesleny. The food was also fantastic, receiving a 10/10 rating.

The burgers at this restaurant are okay. It's disappointing that they don't offer mayo packets for customers. The onions are overpowering. The fries have a strange texture on the outside. The chocolate shake could use more chocolate. There are better burger chains out there, but some people seem to enjoy this place.

The best burger in the fast food category can be found at this restaurant. Although the cleanliness of the location may not be its strong suit, the staff's friendliness more than compensates for it. Who needs to eat at McDonald's when you can have a burger here? And by the way, they also offer shirts for purchase.

Had visitors from Asia and this was their first In N Out experience. Of course they loved it and will take them back before flying back home.
