I would give zero stars, but this is not an option. I ordered online for curbside pickup and became an email to call a number when I arrived. there was no number in email to call. I called the number of the load and it went to an answering service that asked where I am loading. When I call a load number, I expect to load it. I said they'd call the load and tell me they couldn't get a response and if they weren't out in 15-20 minutes. call them back. That's ridiculous. I walked in, the writer behind the counter pushed the cookies on me and said no word. she was so rude. if they get uab3 kurbside pickup as they get it, their customer service is terrible. the cookies were hard and not much tast...

important questions with delivery orders recently. their drivers often mark deliveries that are delivered well before they actually arrive, and when we call the load, they only say that it is incorrectly marked and will soon come to make the tracking feature useless. our recent attempt to order ended in them apparently the delivery to the wrong place and then refused to try the order (an hour before the closing) after the phone with them for almost 20 minutes to find out where our order was. we enjoy the cookies, but this place seems to have great problems with the delivery of orders on time and at the right place and we do not plan to try again.

bad customer service and overpriced cookies. I asked to use the toilet room to wash my hands and was told that it is not open to the public when I buy a cookie, I am no longer the public. you would imagine during the covid that they want customers to wash their hands before they eat. I guess insomia cookie should be renamed to infection cookie.

The Durham location is terrible. They were out of must of the cookies and no minis. How hard can it be when the cookie dough is made and shipped in, your freezer or cooler should be able to hold enough inventory between shipments. Based on the staff that was in there, they have an intelligence gap.

I didn't even order the cookies, but someone had delivered some for a coworker from me and the lady that delivered them was so beautiful that the cookies were phenomenal!
