Ippudo Westside - Reservar uma mesa

Let me start by saying this is such a lovely place to dine by yourself. They have a large communal table in this very cozy restaurant that makes it such a great experience to sit by yourself. I did not feel rushed at all though. The food was out super quick so it's a great place to stop by for lunch if youre in a rush! Also lots of great veggie options. I got the karaka spicy which seems to be one of the favorites here. While it was good, it didn't really live up to the hype. I really enjoyed my experience here, but more for the ambience than the actual food. Definitely come here if you're looking for a hearty meal, but don't expect mind blowing flavor!

Ippudo is a nice, spacious ramen spot to satisfy any ramen cravings you may have. Service was efficient and food was also delicious. Both ramens we ordered were solid choices, but I think personally the broth was on the salty side (some people may like that more). It wasn't mind-blowing ramen but still tasty nevertheless. The truffle fingerling potatoes took me by surprise and was probably my favorite thing ordered. It had the perfect amount of crisp and truffle flavor. Wish there was a bigger portion option!

The decor feels spacious and zen. We walked in with two people around 5 on Sunday and were immediately seated at a well lit bar with a view of the kitchen. The staff also took our order soon thereafter. The ramen was cooked to a good degree and the broth was definitely umami. Some may find the broth a little on the salty side though. A pretty good place to dine at if in the area.

Love the large bar as I came here by myself during a work trip. Everything was amazing from service to delicious food and how efficient everyone was. Love it! The pork bun came out in a minute and then then Shiromaru ramen was so good. Great broth and the pork had the best flavor. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

If you can't make it to Japan to have ramen, no worries, Ippudo is it. We really enjoyed the cucumber appetizer-crunchy and full of umami! We ordered 3 different ramen dishes and all had wonderful flavor. I've been to many ramen places in the US and Japan and this did not disappoint.
