I don't recommend staying here. The photos of the online room deceive from the quality of the actual room (room 320). Spend the extra and stay in a real hotel where they will take care of you (and there are other hotels with just as beautiful views). The people at the reception were very nice, but the customer service was extremely bad overall. In the room we stayed in the floor in the kitchen is messed up, water from whatever appears for 2 days before finally stopping (there is a kind of hole under the cracked floor in the kitchen that is hidden in room photos from a carpet), carpets look extremely dirty, bathroom washbasin stopper is broken, bedroom night table top is not attached to all-...

The views are fantastic and the check in staff is great. Unfortunately there were two problems: room cleaning and lost/steel passes. The floors were not clean when we checked in, so we asked the cleaning staff to come. When she arrived, we were told that she made the room clean, but that she would sweep again. The carpet was extremely dirty, so we asked the cleaner to bring a vacuum. We left the room, took our valuables to clean them. When we came back, the floors were not a cleaner. I called and asked a vacuum and mop to clean me. Many of the pillows were not clean and we finally rolled the carpet and put it under the bed. We started to stay on the island a few years ago and sometimes come to visit twice a year. We love the convenience of the Island Girl Tiki Bar by the pool . The owners Vikki and Scott and other bartender Scott and Brian make us so welcome! We call the island girls tiki bar our happy place! The drinks are amazing and have such a tropical feeling! I usually do not post negative reviews. I have been disappointed with the dirt in unit 606. It was so nasty, I chose not to take a bath. The bathroom door squeaked loudly. I got a lot of bug bites, that I am worried were bedbugs. On the positive side, the people at the front desk were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. great ocean view on the balcony. Please fix the toilet. And for heaven sake, please clean the bathroom.

The room was immaculately clean (rooms with double beds), spacious and very affordable with balcony overlooking the beach. The staff went beyond and beyond to help me use a beach wheelchair rental for my mom who has difficulty running. They were helpful, friendly and compassionate. Both my mom and I hope to visit again!
