Italiano's - Reservar uma mesa

I came here 2 Sundays ago and I was so disappointed. I wish I would have taken a picture of my food so I could demonstrate how terrible it looked. I know that presentation is not the most important thing but it really looked terrible. I ordered the Pasta Trio and it was completely, I mean completely, flooded in tomato sauce and cheese! It looked like a plate of enchiladas. Very sloppy plating. I cannot tell you how the pasta tasted because the tomato sauce overpowered everything. I guess you can say I had a plate of tomato sauce. At least the flavor of it was good.

Always good food but tonight we ordered dessert , not our usual but it's Friday we wanted to splurge . And wow the Desserts were absolutely worth coming back for .not sure if new pastry person but great work ! We had tiramsau , chocolate cake and the strawberry thing . Our waiter Jon was awesome . I don't think I've had that quick of service in our 2 years of coming to this location.

Food was good, service was absolutely terrible. Our server came to us once and it was to take our order. Another server brought us our meal. We weren’t checked in once while we were eating, we were offered no drink refills. Will definitely not be back at this location with service like that. We waited an additional 15 minutes for our check. No apologies were made.

Excellent customer service. Our waitress was fast accurate!! Very nice and personable!!
