Ivan's Restaurant - Reservar uma mesa

a group of us recently went to lunch in ivan. I had a week earlier reserved a table for the 5 of us. two of us had their famous pronto pups and pommes, one of us had their excellent poutins; another had a...Eier salat sandwich and the other suppe and a pack. everyone was happy with the quality of eating and fast, friendly service. order from the menu that is placed on the wall behind the service counter and pay in advance. they get a small numbered plastic tent to put on their table and their order is delivered when they are ready. it is a very lively and loud place between midday and 1 o'clock that reflects its popularity as midday.

we'll be back when we're in north bay. they have a little different format until the service goes. they first order at the counter and then pay a seat and they bring their food to them. like a full service restaurant. the burgers and riders are really good. they are not overcooked and dried out like a few places. they have a huge menu with many options, most of which I have seen in each diner. we went there after the lunch break was over, so there was no problem finding a place. it seems to be a popular place and I can see why.

we have tried to die and yes poutine with curds is amazing at ivan’s. but also her salate! hubby had the southwest chicken arsalate. we actually went because he had it a few weeks ago as special and it liked it so much I tried the steak salad and also a meal. pictures show you! steak was with grilled steak, paprika, mushrooms and cheese crashed, which I disposed on the suggestion of the small dame with balsamico. I will certainly have it again! and I will have her poutin again with cure!

The byline for this restuarant is that it is a North Bay tradition and it was excellent! Service was good and the food was excellent. I would recommend it to anyone wanting signature North Bay fare. What was also funny was the sign saying it...was the original Ted 's . Having eaten at Ted 's in Scarborough, it did have that feel.

many years ago when I worked in the opposite, I came to lunch or coffee breaks at least once a week. the decoration has been tastefully renewed as the menu. service is friendly (many refills) and eating is well prepared and...price for generous portions. I wish I had lived closer.
