Izakaya Honō - Reservar uma mesa

I’ve eaten at many fancy restaurants, but this is hands down the best meal I’ve ever had. We ate here last night and I’m still thinking about it. The food was so exquisite. The fish was fresh, the meat so tender, everything was 15/10. I highly recommend the Shitaake Frits, Karaage, sashimi, tataki, wagyu, and salmon and chicken yakitori. There was so much thought put into every dish. I loved that the presentation and taste matched that of fine dining, but the overall ambiance of the restaurant was more casual. atypical restaurant in the city of Quebec! First time we tried it. the service was great and we had very good recommendations from our server. We loved the formula. all the dishes were great taste! I will return it for sure!

The food was amazing! Staff were super welcoming and friendly. Great atmosphere in a nice place. Would certainly recommend.
