A good variety of Japanese speciality offerings both to eat and drink. Well presented just needs a bit more attention to fuse the flavours of ingredients. Excellently cooked fried chicken dish just short on taste. Salmon was nicely prepared over burnt grass (cool idea but didn’t add much to the taste however the salmon was gr8 quality. beautiful cozy neighboring atmosphere. tamari or gluten-free soy sauce is with sashimi when they are looking for gluten-free eating.

bartender or owner was very informatiw with the Japanese whiskey I was looking for, and that was just amazing as always!
