j2 visited today for lunch and both the service and the eating were absolutely amazing. there are great measures to help with social remedies (screens between every table and track and track log) and a sanitation station enter. also there is a great lunch offer of 40% for lunch, between 12-3 o'clock at the moment the food was fresh and very tasty, with a lot of dressed (sushi and not sushi) and portion sizes are also very generous! the personal is very friendly and accommodating.Mai (applications if this is the wrong spelling) was especially beautiful. will be back soon.
I ate here around a year ago and love the food. Though what really makes this place is the zen that seems to transmit from the kitchen, through the waiting staff and to the table and food itself. It feels like there is only one dedicated chef who cooked and prepared with love, and the love carries through to the table. Perhaps there is more than one but the energy seems too tranquil for that's been more than one! I will have to come again with my teddy bear, Bearsac next time.
a two piece Salmon(Sake) nigiri ordered. I was initially skeptical at the price, but once I tried, I understood why. the size of the nitriri was generous to begin, but the tenderness of the laugh itself was incredible. lachs at this level requires quality laughs and know-how in the handling and preparation of the salmon. therefore the price is more than fair. even if I was gone, I could tell the personal that it was nice people. sushi lovers will appreciate this place.
a really nice place for Japanese food. the service here is fast and friendly. their lunches for eating are really good and I would like to go there more often. sometimes I see how the place is empty, which makes me sad because they deserve absolutely more. they do not only sushi, but many different popular Japanese dishes that taste great; give it a try.
