Jack In The Box - Reservar uma mesa

I recently visited a restaurant and was disappointed by the service I received from an employee named Walter. He struggled to take my order and answer basic questions, and it was evident that he did not have a good grasp of the English language. I would suggest to the management to avoid hiring staff members like Walter who appear uneducated and unprofessional.

Customer service was pretty bad. Are you not allowed to ask if they have non meat patties? No interaction when taking my card for payment, no thank you and worst of all... after giving me my food, he didn't say if it was all... then he looks back totell me it was... but where's my drink? Try a little harder, bro.

Second time this has happened where I come to get breakfast in the morning only for them to tell me they 're closed and it sounded like the guy fell asleep! He was barely talking loud enough for me to hear him. Absolutely terrible location forbreakfast if you ask me. OPEN 24 Hours? Nah. More like OPEN 16 Hours.

This Jack in the Box location was the worst. The staff was unenthusiastic and slow, telling me to wait for a moment before finally taking my order after a 20-minute wait.
