The food is generally good, but the drive-thru lines are a real hassle. The wait time is always at least 15 to 20 minutes. It gets chaotic with people cutting in from the parking lot, honking, and arguing about who should go next. It’s just food, but it’s also about common courtesy. It’s frustrating to see people who have been waiting patiently for 5 to 10 minutes only to have someone entitled cut in front of them. This Jack in the Box is consistently like this, which is why I felt compelled to write this review. Dine In closes at 7 PM, and not only does it shut down at that time, but the drive-thru service is disorganized and takes an incredibly long time. My orders are almost always incorrect, so I’ve learned to check everything before I leave the window. If I don't, I often have to make a second trip back to get missing items. Since I live closest to this location, I end up going there frequently, but I try to visit the one on San Fernando when I can. If I'm in another city, I prefer to stop at a different location altogether. This place really needs better management or possibly a new owner.

The location is quite undesirable. I experienced an unsettling moment where a woman threw water bottles at my car because she was driving under the influence, and I happened to be in front of her. Additionally, there are many homeless individuals and those struggling with addiction asking for money while you wait in the drive-thru. The service isn't particularly fast, but it's not excessively slow either.

This is the best Jack in the Box I've visited in a long time. I had stopped going because the one near my house had poor quality, but this experience completely changed my mind. The food tastes fantastic, and everything is cooked perfectly.

I've always received excellent service at this restaurant. I especially love the crescent breakfast sandwich with bacon. Their tacos have also been a favorite of mine for as long as I can remember—around 40 years!
