Total disgrace . I was very disappointed with everything even the manager had no compassion! I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for years i know what it’s like to be short staffed but i also know that i also didn’t have a choice to close my restaurant and take my customers money without doing that . I ordered doordash at 9:15 and my order was canceled due to “short staff” . Which is funny because i had just left the restaurant but decided to door dash more tenders because my kids loved them . Unfortunately my money was taken and order was cancelled.

My husband and I decided to try Jack's today, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. My order was completely wrong; I received a chicken salad but they forgot the chicken and the ranch dressing. On top of that, they also forgot to include a fork in the bag. Since we were in a hurry, it was really frustrating to have to look for a place that provided a fork. I understand that everyone has off days, so I'm giving this place 2 stars because the customer service was good and the employees were very kind.
My husband and I decided to try Jack’s today. We were sadly disappointed due to my order being completely wrong, I got a chicken salad with ranch they forgot the chicken the ranch. They also forgot to put a fork in the bag, we were on the go so it was super frustrating to try to find a place that has a fork. Warning: Undercooked chicken. I decided to try this new Jacks because they offer genuine chicken breast sandwiches. I ordered two for breakfast, but when I bit into them, the chicken was pink and cold inside... I had to throw them away. Additionally, I ordered a Coke Zero, but they gave me a cup full of ice with just a splash of Diet Coke instead. Not a good experience at all.
We stopped by for lunch and were impressed not only by the quick service but also by the friendly staff who genuinely seemed to enjoy their work, which is becoming rare these days. Plus, the food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! Thank you, Paris, for your kindness—your smile is infectious and exactly what more restaurant employees should have!
I just had a fantastic experience at Jack's. Nothing too extravagant, just a nice interaction and a warm smile. It's often the little things that matter the most. I think her name was Paris. Thank you for your cheerful attitude and lovely smile. This location of Jack's consistently offers lightning-fast service and excellent food. Great job, everyone!
I go to this location all the time for lunch because I work close by. I have never had bad service here. Food is always fresh and always exactly what I ordered. ALL employees are polite and professional. I have never had a bad experience here. Everyonekeep up the great work! Reserve uma mesa agora
