Jack's - Reservar uma mesa

Breakfast is always slow the staff in the drive thru is always rude , waiting in the drive thru at times for over 15 mins for the food to be microwaved to warm it up. This place use to be fast and always fresh. Honestly I can truly say in the past 10 times I came I have thrown atleast half of my meals away as it was disgusting. Today I pulled in the drive thru at 10:23 I'm sitting at the speaking still waiting at 10:43 and yet to order. And a manager is running the drive thru. Do better Jack's

I ordered on the app that I had to add my drinks to my order and had to pay for them separately. The sweet one was mad and when I came there, I had to sit through for more than 20 minutes after my meal and when I got to the speaker, they told me that no orders were sent from the app to her and when they found, said the employee, I missed your t because and I quote her was not attention so that my order was about $21.00 dollars I guess that for the time I had meals for my $2

I wish I could give them zero stars. The pommes were burned near with zero salt. The burger had no taste other than the bacon on it. And to cover everything, they gave me unsweetened tea. These Jacks are terrible. I should know after the last time I didn't go back to Ther, but I just had to smh a big bacon.

The workers were very ghetto. male employee cursed at the window when I talked about the customers, no thank you, come back or something pretty easy just to get my food and I guess?

I would never have ruined the drive if I knew he would take it 20 minutes to complete my order.
