Jack's - Reservar uma mesa

After sitting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, we get to the window and the young man who waited on us and took our order (because we used points from the app and could only order at the window because the dining room was already closed) is standing there with his hand in his pants. Now, I understand, some people think that it's cool I think and believe, it is NOTHING but trashy and disrespectful to themselves and anyone who has to see it !!!! The service was very slow, but the attitude presented by the employee AND the manager was not something that is good for ANY business and truly needs a whole lot of work. Thankfully the food was right so we didn't have to go back and witness any more...

I went thru the drive thru and nobody ever spoke to the lady in the car in front of me so she ended up driving away then as I got to the speaker I had sat for a min an nobody spoke to me either so I said hello!??? Then someone spoke very loud rude could u just give me a min...please! Really could u just give me a min first of all it had been waayy more than a min to begin with!! Second I was in no rush at all so I would have waited IF SHE HADNT WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO BE SO RUDE!! There was absolutely no reason for that but no worries with an attitude like that I'm sure they won't stay busy long!!

Great food a little slow and more expensive than hardee's. If they would lower prices a little or at LEAST offer coupons like hardees they would run hardees outta town. They have better food but hardees beats them on price by a LOT! And hardees breakfast is second only to Jacks so....

They were pretty busy in the drive thru so we did have to wait a few minutes but when we got our order everything was correct and the food was great. The workers were very polite.

The food is consistently delicious at this restaurant. Their cookies are unbeatable and taste just like homemade ones your grandma would make.
