First Arby's and now Jack's, whether this is a limited time item or not, I think yall should really try this out, it's worth it ?Jacks has a fish sandwich now and it has a couple ingredients like the fish of course, lettuce, and what seems to be ranch or tartar sauce because that is most associated with fish when it comes to sauce.Service: Nothing too out of the ordinary, came in expecting to get my food relatively quickly and easy ? Drive thru- what else can the customer do? 1. I said repeatedly I want a CHEESEBURGER HOLD THE KETCHUP.. I am allergic to ketchup!Jacks reply: we use Jacks sauce so there’s No ketchup on it..CUSTOMER- YOUR SAUCE OF S TOMATO BASEDJACKS: it don’t have no ketchup in it! Don’t put it on the sandwich! I’m not one to normally leave reviews but here I am in my truck at 6:20 am. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, well I got a bacon egg and cheese. Normally no big deal but the amount of grease coming through the wrapper was atrocious. Also I take one bite and the biscuit was like biting into a rock, and the bacon was non existent, except for one little piece. Needless to say I ended up throwing it away. I’ve given this jacks a couple of tries and each time has been downright disappointing. I don’t want a reply saying... sorry email this so and so and we’ll make it right… get it right the 1st or second or even third.
