Jacoby's - Reservar uma mesa

Many, many years ago this restaurant was the best in the area and the place to come for a special treat but unfortunately not like that anymore, it's fine but just quite a basic bar restaurant. Saying that my food was actually very nice this...time but we did sit there for at least half an hour after our plates were taken not being offered any more drinks, coffee or dessert even though the waiter didn't look that busy. Anyway we weren't desperate and we were chatting and the time disappeared before we knew it so we just asked for the bill and left. So not a big deal and still gets 4 stars so pretty good rating but i would want to be aware if i was the owner!

I'm so disappointed that jakobys now only offers Mexican food. the family and the employees were very nice. but eating was not good. we already have a little Mexican in the city and wendobt need another one. the menu and the feeling of jakoby before this recent change unfortunately I will not go back while I would have visited jakobys often for lunch and drink

we visited yesterday. the place was very busy and lively (but great social distancing measures at place and place) and the workers were all very helpful and accommodating. the Mexican food was really delicious and the portions were very generous. highly recommended!

Hats off to Jacobys last Sunday morning. Eight of us and two dogs, all very wet and cold after a run were warmly welcomed for drinks and breakfast sandwiches. The staff couldn't gave been more friendly or helpful. Thank you, we will be back

are here a few times dirty drinks, the staff are friendly and efficient abd the outside area is beautiful altho the terrace heating not working.
