Our first seminar day was over. Full board at the hotel. During the lunch break, I put a fast-paced “Speed Weimar exploration tour” and promptly reaped a bubble in my comfortable shoes – no matter what. In the evening, buffet meals were announced at the hotel and my colleagues and I wanted to see fresh air and something other than the (good) hotel. Luckily we were very centrally accommodated and went to the Weimar Old Town. Unfortunately again only in the dark. We liked Jagemann's, so in. We were welcomed by a young employee. We were welcome to drink something. Nevertheless, we got the menus presented. I liked to read it, and it was absolutely distinctive and to my taste. But, you're tired....
