Jägerhof - Reservar uma mesa

A wonderful German restaurant right by Lonsdale Quay with the friendliest staff and really great German food. The schnitzel was cooked to perfection; nice and thin with a beautiful crunch. I chose the schnitzel stuffed with mushroom and raclette cheese and it was delicious. I definitely recommend coming here (make reservation, they're busy! and I'll definitely will go back to try some other German favourites!

This restaurant is one of our family favourites and a neighbourhood favourite as well. The service is excellent and the food is delicious. We always have a great time and it feels like we are eating in the home of a great schnitzel chef. Definitely recommend this especially on weekends when they have the live music. You need to call in advance for reservations because it is very popular.

Amazing food and fair price. Such a cute place! Friendly atmosphere. Service was lovely. Live music was very good. Do bring cash to tip the musicians when you leave (if you go on days with live music). We did not have cash on us at the time and felt quite bad because we would have loved to have tipped the musicians. Definitely will be coming back here!

Super nice, cozy and authentic family restaurant! The carvings are fantastic and really generous portions. My husband loves the Jagerhof plate because it is huge, and has an assortment of meat. My favourite is the ex-carving with sparrow (figured). The live music on weekends also fits into the atmosphere!

Very authentique. The owner is the chef and server. Super friendly. There’s a 100-year old piano in the restaurant and there is live performance on Friday nights. Highly recommend for authentic German food.
