Jaime Gourmet - Reservar uma mesa

I had a lot of expectations about this place, I like Peruvian food. But, no a good experience. The place looks good. The menu looks interesting. The service depends of the person that serves you, so, it could be good to bad. I was at lunch with a couple of good starters, but the sea bass, was terrible, it doesn 't taste to anything. Even the saltados , they have the ingredients, but not the minimum expected flavor.

This is a wonderful Peruvian restaurant. The food is prepared to take care of all the details to get a perfect taste. The Suspiro-Callo is the best you've ever eaten. The place is beautiful and the staff is attentive. It is a little expensive and also is pathetic to find parking, but in general is a good experince

Congratulations to Jaime!. I know this place since 2004 and every visit I am so happy. Excellent food. Best environment and service. The selection of seafood peruvian sushi is really excellent. If you want to taste seafood in Bogota, you need to visit Mr. Jaime.

Substituted it for ceviche pulpo that we all shared, baby beefs, corvina and Schellfilet were all wonderful. After I lived in Lima for six months, I'm back to me and I don't know why I've ever tried Suspiro Limeno there, but yesterday I've put it right, heaven.

Just what I expected, it's a good restaurant, I went for lunch with my family, and we all liked the food, it was delicious, I recommend this restaurant.
