Jake's Steakhouse Long Island

We had dinner at Jake's East Meadow on Saturday, 8/30/2024 and were very pleased with the atmosphere, the service and the food! My wife had Shrimp Scampi and I had the Shell Steak both were excellent I also had the French Onion Soup as an appetizer and this was a very strong onion tasting soup and a bit on the salty side, but it was good and the cheese on top was excellent! Our waiter was great, wish I had his name always checking to make sure we were comfortable and the food was served to our liking! We will be back!

We ordered the chicken special for $6.00. Since they can only prepare a limited number of chickens, we had to wait quite a while for our order to arrive. The chicken was fantastic and very flavorful. I would definitely do this again on a Wednesday and I'm looking forward to trying the $6.00 hamburger on Mondays!

The steak dinner was delicious and a nice serving size. I had a Toes in the sand drink which was very pretty and delicious . I would recommend this steak house for all!

Fantastic food! The prices are reasonable, especially compared to many other places today! Service was excellent! I will definitely return.

The only problem we encountered was that the restaurant was far too cold.
