Jalfrezi - Reservar uma mesa

The staff were pleasant, but the food was mediocre at best. Our dishes came out lukewarm and the beef in the mixed grill was excessively fatty. When we raised these issues with the manager, his customer service was lacking. Instead of trying to address the problems and focus on the customer, he blamed the meat supplier. A simple apology and a deduction from the bill for the mixed grill would have sufficed, but the manager seemed more interested in arguing than resolving the situation. Overall, we were not satisfied with the experience and do not plan to return to this restaurant.

This was the first time I have visited Jalfrezi in Bramhall. I chose something on the menu I have never had before, and I wasn't disappointed as the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place. I will be going back again soon to sample other dishes from the menu.

The staff is extremely polite and patient, the food is consistently delicious whenever we order, and the orders are always ready on time for pick up. I would definitely recommend this place without hesitation!
